Product: a 16-digit credit code for the chosen credit pack, for use with the AIKON service (digital content).

Price and payment: the amount shown on the order page, paid in one payment through Stripe.

Delivery: the code is delivered electronically on the order page and by email as soon as the payment is approved.

Right of withdrawal: before ordering you expressly ask for the code to be delivered at once and accept that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83 art. 16(m); Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15/1-ğ and similar rules). For unused codes see Cancellation and refunds.

Complaints: support@aikonchat.com. The mandatory consumer protection of the country you live in is not affected.
