Terms of use

The AIKON service is provided by Moneo Software LLC (Wyoming limited liability company), 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States · support@aikonchat.com (the "Seller"). Through the AIKON app for Nokia Series 40 and S60 phones and the Seller's server it gives access to third-party AI models (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI).

Credits. Credits are added to your account according to the pack you buy and are used with each request according to the model and the length of the request and the reply. Failed requests and requests with an unknown result cost nothing. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or moved to another account.

Use. AI replies can be wrong; check them before important decisions. Using the service against the law or the model providers' usage policies is not allowed and can lead to the account being closed.

Availability. The Seller does not guarantee uninterrupted service. After a long outage you can contact support about unused credits.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. This does not take away the mandatory consumer protection of the country you live in.
