Payment. The payment is taken on the page of the payment provider Stripe; Stripe processes your card and billing details, and they never reach the AIKON server. The email address you type on Stripe's page is used once to send you the credit code (email service Resend, USA); the server does not keep it. The server keeps the order number, pack, amount, payment state and Stripe's payment id.

Chats. Messages, photos and the text of voice messages you send from the phone are sent to the model provider you choose (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or xAI; USA) to produce the reply. The server is in Germany (DigitalOcean, Frankfurt). Chats are kept for 30 days after the last message (pinned ones until deleted); the audio of voice messages is not kept.

Logs. Server logs contain no message text, codes, keys or IP addresses.
