Cancellation and refunds

If the code has not been entered on any phone yet, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase by writing to support@aikonchat.com with the order number; the code is cancelled and the payment is refunded to the same card.

You can also write to the same address about long outages or wrong charges.
